Samuel Kelly

I am searching for Samuel Kelly born abt. 178I in Georgia, I think. I discovered a marriage record on line in Wilkes County for Samuel Kelly and Jenny Moore, Sept. 16,1806. I do not know if this is the right Samuel Kelly. Samuel lived in Jones Co. in 1820, but do not know where he lived before 1807 or who his parents are. Samuel's children, Sidwell, Washington, Miles, and William Owen, were all born in Jones Co. Any help will be appreciated.
